2 cups of water

1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon of honey (optional)

1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)


Instructions

Start by boiling 2 cups of water inside a pot.

After boiling the water remove it from heat and let it rest for one minute.

Add one teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt to the water while stirring until it dissolves completely.

After that add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the mixture.

The mixture becomes more flavorful and nutritious when you add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.

Stir the mixture well before it cools down to serving temperature.

Notes
