  • (Optional) 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • 1. In a jar, dissolve pink Himalayan salt in filtered water to create a sole solution. Let sit for 12–24 hours.
  • 2. Each morning, mix 1 tsp of sole (or ½–1 tsp salt) into a glass of water.
  •  Add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar if desired. Stir well.
  • 4. Optional: Add raw honey for flavor and antioxidant boost.
