- 2–3 Tbsp pink Himalayan salt
- 8–12 oz filtered water
- (Optional) 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- (Optional) 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
- (Optional) 1 tsp raw honey
Instructions
- 1. In a jar, dissolve pink Himalayan salt in filtered water to create a sole solution. Let sit for 12–24 hours.
- 2. Each morning, mix 1 tsp of sole (or ½–1 tsp salt) into a glass of water.
- Add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar if desired. Stir well.
- 4. Optional: Add raw honey for flavor and antioxidant boost.
- 5. Sip slowly on an empty stomach, 15–30 minutes before your first meal.
