1 cup warm filtered water
½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt fine grain
Juice of ½ fresh lemon
Optional 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Optional ½ teaspoon raw honey
Instructions
Warm the filtered water until it’s comfortably warm (not boiling).
Add pink Himalayan salt and fresh lemon juice.
Stir until the salt is fully dissolved.
(Optional) Add apple cider vinegar or honey, and stir again.
Drink slowly in the morning on an empty stomach.
Avoid eating for at least 30 minutes afterward.
Stay hydrated throughout the day for best results.
