1 cup Cold Filtered Water
½ cup Ice Cubes or crushed ice
Optional Additions
½ Juice of Lemon adds vitamin C and flavor
1 teaspoon Raw Honey optional for taste
Instructions
Fill a tall glass halfway with ice cubes or crushed ice.
Pour 1 cup of cold filtered water over the ice.
Add ¼ teaspoon of fine-ground pink Himalayan salt and stir well until dissolved.
Optionally, squeeze in lemon juice or stir in raw honey to enhance flavor and benefits.
