Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cooked pasta, red bell pepper, celery, red onion, and parsley to the dressing. Toss well.
