Ingredients

- 500g fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 250g raspberries
- 500g granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Wash and prepare the strawberries and raspberries.
- Combine the berries, sugar, and lemon juice in a large pot.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal tightly.
- Allow to cool before storing in the refrigerator.
