Instructions
- Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel.
- Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add scallops, leaving space between them.
- Sear for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add butter and lemon juice to the pan.
- Baste scallops with the melted butter.
- Remove from heat and garnish with parsley.
