Instructions

  3. Add ice water, 1 tbsp at a time, until dough forms.
  4. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
  5. Roll out dough and fit into a pie dish.
  6. Mix pumpkin, sugar, spices, and salt in a bowl.
  7. Beat in eggs and evaporated milk until smooth.
  8. Pour filling into crust.
  9. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, then reduce to 350°F for 40-50 minutes.
  10. Cool before slicing.
