Ingredients

- 1 kg prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 whole turkey (5–6 kg)
- 1 kg leg of ham, glazed
- 500 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cucumbers, sliced
- 1 bunch of mint leaves
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
- Season the turkey with salt and pepper, then roast for 3 hours or until cooked through.
- Glaze the ham with your choice of glaze and bake for 1.5 hours.
- Chill the prawns in ice water before serving.
- Toss the cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and mint with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange all dishes on a large platter and serve with lemon slices.
