Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of coffee.
- Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Whisk in cocoa powder and sugar until dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract.
- Pour the coffee into a mug and add the peppermint cocoa mixture.
- Top with whipped cream and crushed peppermint candy if desired.
