- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup toasted almonds
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- Slice the peaches and set aside.

- In a large bowl, toss the mixed greens with half the dressing.
- Top the greens with peach slices, feta cheese, and almonds.
