- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F for 3 minutes.
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Mix parmesan, basil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush salmon with olive oil, then coat evenly with the parmesan mixture.
- Place salmon skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy and flaky.
- Serve immediately.
