- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham ers or digestive biscuits
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips (for coating)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (for melting chocolate)
Instructions
- Mix Nutella, crushed graham ers, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the balls for 20 minutes to firm them up.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each frozen Nutella ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
- Place the coated truffles back on the tray and let them set at room temperature or refrigerate for faster results.
Notes
- Use a fork to dip the truffles for easier handling.
- If the mixture is too sticky, refrigerate for 10 minutes before rolling.
- Store truffles in an airtight container for up to a week.
