Ingredients

- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
- Add milk and oil, stir until dough forms
- Knead dough for 2 minutes
- Divide into 4 equal pieces
- Flatten each piece into 1/2 inch thick rounds
- Cook in a dry skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes per side
- Serve warm
