A refreshing fizzy champagne cocktail perfect for celebrating the New Year.
Ingredients

- 1 bottle of champagne or sparkling wine
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1/4 cup of grenadine syrup
- Fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries) for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Chill the champagne and orange juice beforehand.
- Fill a champagne flute halfway with ice cubes.
- Pour 1/4 cup of orange juice into the flute.
- Add 1 tablespoon of grenadine syrup.
- Slowly top with champagne, leaving space for garnish.
- Drop a few fresh berries into the glass.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
- Use fresh orange juice for the best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less grenadine.
- For a non-alcoholic version, replace champagne with sparkling water.
