Ingredients

- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Coarse salt (for topping)
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil, then knead until dough forms.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide dough into equal portions and flatten each.
- Place mozzarella in the center, fold, and shape into pretzels.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle rosemary, parmesan, and coarse salt.
- Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until golden.
