- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved

- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Toss chicken and vegetables in the garlic butter mixture.
- Arrange everything on a sheet pan in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot.
