- 4 boneless, skinless chicken
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, lime juice, and soy sauce in a bowl.
- Coat chicken with the marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Sprinkle fresh cilantro on top before serving.
