Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini heart-shaped cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add softened butter, egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Add pink food coloring if desired. Stir well.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before removing it from the pan.
