Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Divide batter into three bowls and tint with purple, green, and gold food coloring.
- Layer colored batter in cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Cool cupcakes completely before frosting.
- Beat powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla for frosting.
- Frost cupcakes and decorate with sprinkles.
