- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Place ham in a roasting pan.
- Mix brown sugar, honey, mustard, cloves, cinnamon, and pineapple juice in a bowl.
- Brush glaze over ham.
- Bake for 1.5-2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
