- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 tbsp rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups stuffing mix
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 lbs roasted potatoes
- 1 lb green beans
- 1 cup gravy
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Rub the turkey with butter, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with the stuffing mix and place in a roasting pan.
- Pour chicken broth over the turkey and roast for 3-4 hours.
- Roast potatoes and green beans separately.
- Serve with cranberry sauce and gravy.
