- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, and salt in a bowl.
- Add almond butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Press the mixture into the baking dish evenly.
- Sprinkle sugar-free chocolate chips on top and press lightly.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
