Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak dry with a paper towel.
  2. Rub olive oil evenly on both sides of the steak.
  3. Mix black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a small bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the spice mix evenly over the steak.
  5. Press fresh rosemary and thyme onto both sides.
  6. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.
  7. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  8. Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  9. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
