- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning with 1/4 cup water.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread a layer of tortilla chips on a plate.
- Top with the seasoned meat, cheese, salsa, sour cream, tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
- Serve immediately.
