Description
A quick and easy Korean spicy chicken stir fry you can make at home.
Ingredients

- 500g boneless chicken thighs, sliced
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper and onion, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until chicken is done.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust gochujang for more or less spice.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Use chicken breast if thighs are unavailable.
