Ingredients

- 1 (8 oz) steak (ribeye or sirloin recommended)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steak and let it rest.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the steak and serve.
