Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
- Season the outside with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
