Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken with olive oil, then press into the parmesan mixture.
- Arrange chicken, potatoes, and broccoli on a sheet pan.
- Drizzle vegetables with olive oil and season lightly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot.
