- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Thread chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
- Grill kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.

- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
