Ingredients

  • 1 nori sheet
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice and mix with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
  2. Combine shredded crab with mayonnaise and sriracha.
  3. Place nori sheet on a bamboo mat.
  4. Spread rice evenly over the nori.
  5. Flip nori and rice over.
  6. Add crab mix, avocado, and cucumber in the center.
  7. Roll tightly using the bamboo mat.
  8. Slice into pieces and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
