Ingredients

- 1/2 cup imitation crab (kani), shredded
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 nori sheet
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook sushi rice and mix with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- Combine shredded crab with mayonnaise and sriracha.
- Place nori sheet on a bamboo mat.
- Spread rice evenly over the nori.
- Flip nori and rice over.
- Add crab mix, avocado, and cucumber in the center.
- Roll tightly using the bamboo mat.
- Slice into pieces and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
