Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken
  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in the crockpot.
  2. Add garlic, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, ginger, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Cook on low for 4 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken and return to the crockpot.
  5. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  6. Add vegetables and noodles to the crockpot. Stir well.
  7. Cook for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
