- 8 oz salmon fillet
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add salmon and cook for 4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, and Parmesan. Stir until smooth.
- Flake the salmon into chunks and add to the sauce. Toss in the cooked pasta.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
