- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread ranch dressing on one tortilla.
- Layer shredded chicken, cheese, tomatoes, and green onions.
- Top with the second tortilla.
- Melt butter in the skillet.
- Cook the quesadilla for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Slice and serve hot.
