Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves completely. Let the syrup cool.
  2. Stir in lime juice and zest into the cooled syrup.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker. Churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
