Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated and drained

- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper to make tzatziki sauce.
- Add shredded chicken to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Place mixed greens in a serving bowl.
- Top with the chicken mixture.
- Garnish with sliced red onion and cherry tomatoes.
- Serve chilled.

- For best flavor, let the tzatziki sauce chill for 30 minutes before mixing with chicken.
