Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated and drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and dill.
- Add shredded chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Drain excess liquid from grated cucumber to prevent a watery salad.
- Adjust garlic to taste.
