- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Brown the beef in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until soft.
- Stir in beans, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and cook for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.

- Use lean beef for less fat.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
