- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and onion.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for a less greasy result.
- Add extra ketchup on top before baking for more flavor.
