- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, butter, egg, vanilla, and salt to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut into heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Press each heart into a muffin tin to form bowls.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spoon the dip into the cooled cookie bowls.
- Top with strawberry jam before serving.
Notes
- Use a non-stick muffin tin for easy removal.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes if it’s too soft.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
