Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook for 6 minutes per side.
  4. Add teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder to the pan.
  5. Mix well and cook for another 3 minutes.
  6. Add pineapple chunks and bell peppers.
