Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing evenly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For a nut-free version, use oat flour instead of almond flour.
- Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less coconut sugar.
