Ingredients

- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and mushrooms, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and water, cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
