Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni in a large pot of boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. Add broccoli florets to the pot and cook for 3 more minutes.
  3. Drain the pasta and broccoli, then return to the pot.
  4. Stir in milk, butter, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  6. Serve warm.
