Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook macaroni in a large pot of boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets to the pot and cook for 3 more minutes.
- Drain the pasta and broccoli, then return to the pot.
- Stir in milk, butter, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use whole wheat pasta for extra fiber.
- Add cooked chicken or turkey for a protein boost.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
