Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Combine sugar, cream, butter, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir constantly until the mixture reaches 235°F on a candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.
- Add peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and green food coloring (if using).
- Pour into the prepared pan and let cool completely before cutting.
