A delicious Greek-inspired meatball bowl packed with flavor and nutrients.
Ingredients

- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 200g cooked rice
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 50g feta cheese
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl
- Form into small meatballs
- Heat oil in pan and cook meatballs until browned
- Prepare rice according to package instructions
- Chop vegetables and prepare toppings
- Assemble bowls with rice, meatballs and toppings
- Serve immediately
Notes
- Can substitute beef with lamb or turkey
- Add tzatziki sauce for extra flavor
- Best served fresh
