Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 sheet edible gold leaf
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into mini muffin tin.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Spoon filling over crusts. Bake 20 minutes.
- Chill 2 hours. Carefully apply gold leaf pieces.
