Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir well.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts if using.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For a nut-free version, omit the nuts.
- You can substitute coconut sugar with maple syrup if needed.
