  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir well.
  4. Fold in dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts if using.

  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
