  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix gluten-free flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  4. Fold in dried cranberries and nuts.
