Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the butter mixture. Mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until combined.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball slightly and decorate with Christmas sprinkles.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
