- 12 slider rolls
- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Slice slider rolls in half and place bottoms in a baking dish.
- Layer roast beef and cheese on the rolls.
- Place tops on the sliders.
- Mix melted butter with garlic and onion powder, then brush over the sliders.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Prepare au jus sauce with the gravy mix and water.
- Serve sliders warm with au jus for dipping.

- Use Hawaiian rolls for a sweeter taste.
- Add caramelized onions for extra flavor.
